CSP Presents The Black Swan Collective: Episode #61

Got lots of variety this week and lots of rap artists who’ve been bringing more needed female energy to the rap game. This week we got music by Young M.A., Sylvia Black and Kona. Our throwback segment has a tie in with another show you might be familiar with. Get ready for some nostalgia and a few women who made it in a big way this year.

Lots of repeats again this week, but they’re all dope so no worries. We got tracks from a l l i e, Tayla and Vivian Green. There’s no throwback segment this week, but I’ll try to get back to that on a regular basis soon. For now, there’s plenty of new music out to keep you occuppied.

CSP Presents The Black Swan Collective: Bonus Summer Episode

The Black Swan Collective was founded as a space to give Black women in music the attention and recognition they deserved. While they do not receive the mainstream recognition I feel they should have, I have noticed that a few tend to have devoted followings, particularly among Black women, and I’ve repeatedly included them on the show because they keep releasing dope shit. Well, I won’t stop including them, but I did favor some lesser known and newer artists this time around. However, many of my repeats have just released some awesome stuff in time for summer and beyond, so I wanted to make sure they got some shine. So here’s an abbreviated show sans my voice. Hope you enjoy!

CSP Presents The Black Swan Collective: Episode #59

This week I tried to put together a show of first timers. Well, there are a couple of repeats but perhaps not as familiar as usual. There’s no throwback segment this week, but there seems to be more women of the diaspora outside the US than Americans this week. So let’s celebrate Blackgirl magic all around the globe.

CSP Presents The Black Swan Collective: Episode #58

We’re getting to the point where we bring back some consistent favorites and watching them move on to bigger, better things. For now, we got some new tracks from Militia Vox, Moxiie and Gavin Turek. This week’s throwback segment is twice as nice and might just make you get your butt out your seat. We got a shot of bass in our nice and mellow show.
